All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Damages
SCH HUB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
SCH HUB believes in its commitment to providing the highest standards and quality. All products go through extensive testing prior to being sold. If, however, you change your mind about the purchase after receiving the products. SCH HUB offers a 3-day goodwill return policy, provided the following:
- Product/products returned to us in time.
- Products must be unopened and in original packing.
- The products seal is fully intact.
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with
- Proof of the purchase - Email Receipt/confirmation
Process
- E-mail us at support@schhub.com.
- Mention the reason for returning the item.
- Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:

- You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
- We will issue a coupon for the price of the products.
Faulty or Damaged Products*
SCH HUB will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged*
provided the following:
- Product/products returned to us in time in a reasonable timeframe.
- Contents of the products are not tampered with.
- The packaging of the product has not been tampered with
- Proof of the purchase - Email Receipt attached.
*Please note SCH HUB is not liable for damages incurred during the shipment.
Process
- Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned.
- E-mail us at support@SCHHUB.com to request a return,
- Mention - "Return Order #" in the subject line.
- Attach pictures of the product as well.
- Mention the reason for returning the item.
- Add your order number and the name of the items in the email.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging to:

- You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
- We will issue a coupon of the same amount as the item being returned.
Cancellation
We process orders within 24 hours and once the order is fulfilled/shipped, we will not be able to cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! so be sure to let us know about cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
